Kuriant Lethe miestą remtasi Tibeto mirusiųjų knyga, Platono dialogais "Faidonas" ir "Kritonas" bei pačiu Lethe upės vaizdiniu. Ji tarsi mažytis tarpas tarp "čia" ir "ten", dabarties ir praeities.\nAmžinas noras - perprasti kosmosą, laiką, begalybę. Tos sąvokos kartais "kabo" lyg tikrosios realybės šalia mūsų, tačiau akimirksny tarytum miražo atšvaitai išnyksta... Bet kitaip aš negaliu gyventi: jos tik sustiprina pažinimo troškulį, išryškina prisiminimų spalvas, kai motina aiškino kas yra Dievas, kokia Jo egzistencijos plotmė.\nTaigi, vaizdais ir garsu stengiausi sukurti ezoterinį Letos miestą, kuriame veikia tik jam būdingi įstatymai ir dėsniai. Galbūt jis ir nerealus šiame laike, tačiau egzistencijos prasme tai mano vienintelis išsigelbėjimas.\nPraeitis, dabartis ir ateitis susieta centriniame paveiksle - Letos laike. Tai "Laiko Altorius".\nŠis diptikas yra parodos centrinė ašis (turint omeny ir muziką kurią kūrė­me su Vytautu Labučiu). Rašydami muziką, rėmėmės ne vien nutapytais paveikslais, o visa Letos miesto idėja. It is the river that embodies a tiny and Fragile gap between here and there, the present and the past.\nAn eternal urge to comprehend space, time and infinity has been haunting us for centuries. Sometimes these concepts hover as if actual entities right beside us and vanish in a flash like reflections of mirage... Yet, I cannot help living otherwise. These ideas only strengthen my thirst for cognition and reveal the clearer colors of reminiscences when my mother tried to explain to me the essence of God and His scope of existence.\nThus, I have put much effort ...
